Phillip A Hooker Jr, O.D

I was born in Jackson, Mississippi, and raised in West Point, Mississippi.  I attended the University of Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  In 2005 I graduated cum laude from the Southern College of Optometry, where I was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society.

I completed internships at Eyecare East in Germantown, Tennessee, and the VA Medical Center in Memphis.  Since then I have been in private practice providing general and medical optometry services.
